Be detailed in your description. Even though your parody or mash-up may be obvious, please include that in your description anyway. Include any links to your artwork online so that we may see your other designs. Ensure your high quality image file is either a .jpg or .png, and no smaller than 500 x 500 pixels.
By submitting artwork to Epic Embrace, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
All ownership rights in the design ("Artwork Submission") are retained by the "Artist"; however, by submitting an Artwork Submission to Epic Embrace, the Artist hereby grants a temporary, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce and prepare derivative works of said design for the agreed dates encompassing a 48 hour period. For every shirt sold with the design during this 48 hour period the Artist will be paid a commission of $1 USD. Epic Embrace will then pay the Artist this commission within a period of 7 days. Upon the end of the agreed 48 hour sale period the Artist retains all ownership rights to the design and may use it for any purposes the Artist sees fit. The Artist agrees to not disclose to any other party the amount of shirts sold with the Artwork Submission during the 48 hour period, nor the contents of any e-mail exchanged between Epic Embrace and the Artist, unless explicitly agreed upon by Epic Embrace. Epic Embrace agrees to not engage in the use, copying, reproducing, or distribution of this Artwork Submission for any commercial purposes other than expressly permitted herein. All e-mail messages and any attachments between Epic Embrace and the Artist are intended only for the addressee(s) and may contain privileged or confidential information. Any unauthorized disclosure of any information discussed herein is strictly prohibited.
